Customer Service & Logistics Associate
The aim of this role is to provide professional service to our customers before, during, and after the purchase process, with an emphasis on handling orders and claims efficiently and courteously.
This is a fixed-term position for a period of two years.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of experience in logistics, sales, customer service, or administration. Serbian: fluent; English: upper-intermediate level. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP S/4HANA.
