Customer Service Lead
Description The Lead Customer Service Account Specialist will spearhead customer service initiatives while serving as the trusted go-to resource for resolving customer inquiries and managing key accounts. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in account management, and the ability to drive a positive client experience. Candidates who have experience working with JD Edwards ERP systems will have an edge, as this skill is integral to our operations. Key Responsibilities: + Manage relationships for key accounts and act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery. + Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex situations as needed while maintaining trust and satisfaction. + Identify opportunities to support customer retention, solve issues proactively, and deliver value-added solutions. + Interface with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Logistics, to ensure customer needs are consistently met. + Utilize JD Edwards ERP systems to manage client accounts efficiently and ensure real-time accuracy in customer interactions. Requirements Qualifications + Minimum 5 years in a customer service/account management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. + Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). + Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus. + Must reside locally or within commuting distance of Bloomington, MN. + JD Edwards ERP experience is highly preferred. + Familiarity with industry best practices in customer support and account management. + Proven track record of handling escalated customer issues professionally and effectively. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence. + Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and accountability.
