To support the customer service teamGeneral assistance and ad-hoc tasks in the department including, but not limited to:Order processingOrder archivingAudit preparationsFollow-ups with internal stakeholders i.e. logistics, sales and technical etc.Issue DHL despatchingPrepare customer reports as and when requiredPrepare PFIFollow-up on banking customer’s stationery orders with supplierProjects assistantGeneral CS assistant as and when requiredKey Knowledge and Skills:

Relevant National Diploma / Degree in Business Management / MarketingPersonality Requirements
