**Position Title –** Customer Service Executive
**Company Name** - Hach Malaysia (100% subsidiary of Veralto)
**Job Location –** Selangor, Malaysia
**Overview:**
Responsible for sales support task and the operations of the commercial customer service team
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Main task is to proceed customer purchase order and attend customer request of quotation while supporting seller team in terms of office operations
+ Able to rectify any issue for the purchase order and communicate with customer / seller if necessary
+ Sending PI to customer and follow up for payment to align with finance team
+ Generating DO to store for goods delivery / collection arrangement by providing precise information to them
+ Generate service request for the purchase order which has service and calibration request
+ Monitor all customer order to clear backlog and communicate with customer regarding delivery / collection
+ Handle complaint for delivery, invoices and follow up with respective stakeholders and update customer on the issue
+ Reply queries from customers on quotation and order related task such as: delivery period, ETA, certificates, SDS, COA, shelf life, payment purpose documentation and etc
+ Work on new customer creation and vendor registration
+ Provide quotation to customer as per their request, communicate with seller team to assist
+ Aware of the customer information before generating the quotation such as: price structure, payment term, delivery term, poison license, waste collection agreement and etc
+ Working closely with seller to participate in and submit any government / private sector tender to provide full support
**Skills & Competency Requirements -**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 1 year of experience preferable in instrumentation and chemistry industry
+ Expertise in Microsoft Office especially in Excel (required), preferably with any system exposure
+ An eye for detail
+ Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teams
+ Proactive in follow-ups and action oriented
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Self-starter with strong motivation to learn
