Position Title – Customer Service Executive

Overview:
Responsible for sales support task and the operations of the commercial customer service team
Core Responsibilities:
Main task is to proceed customer purchase order and attend customer request of quotation while supporting seller team in terms of office operationsAble to rectify any issue for the purchase order and communicate with customer / seller if necessarySending PI to customer and follow up for payment to align with finance teamGenerating DO to store for goods delivery / collection arrangement by providing precise information to themGenerate service request for the purchase order which has service and calibration requestMonitor all customer order to clear backlog and communicate with customer regarding delivery / collectionHandle complaint for delivery, invoices and follow up with respective stakeholders and update customer on the issueReply queries from customers on quotation and order related task such as: delivery period, ETA, certificates, SDS, COA, shelf life, payment purpose documentation and etcWork on new customer creation and vendor registrationProvide quotation to customer as per their request, communicate with seller team to assistAware of the customer information before generating the quotation such as: price structure, payment term, delivery term, poison license, waste collection agreement and etcWorking closely with seller to participate in and submit any government / private sector tender to provide full supportSkills & Competency Requirements -
Bachelor’s degree1 year of experience preferable in instrumentation and chemistry industryExpertise in Microsoft Office especially in Excel (required), preferably with any system exposureAn eye for detailTeamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teamsProactive in follow-ups and action orientedExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-starter with strong motivation to learnWhat’s in it for you:
