Primary responsibilities – + Conduct calibration/repair on Tektronix, Keithley and Munti Vender installments + Manage calibration/repair service task in the application and track the progress + Correspond to customer’s technical inquiry regarding related to services for services in progress for confirmed order + Communicate with customer as service engineer over the phone or by e-mail + Support Sales/Customer Service Representative in terms of technical aspects for closing the deals + Communicate with outsourcing institutions and manage engineering item, delivery schedule + Calculate estimated cost for service of On-Demand calibration/repair + Prioritize service job for achieving sales target + Conduct Daily Management on service job + Visit customer site and conduct calibration/repair on-site task Qualifications- + Minimum 1 years’ experience of Test & Measurement technical services + Adequate knowledge of service engineering application, ERP and office applications such as MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint + Fast and accurate capability of MS office applications + Be familiar with service management software + Communication skill with other employees and customer + Ability and willingness to travel domestically over 50% of the time is required + Ability to take action for improving current environment with own initiative + Make the message swiftly and precisely to correspond to customer’s message + Basic Electrical and Electric knowledge Preferred- + Basic knowledge of English, reading/writing (Listening/Speaking not required) + Programming skill We Are an Equal Opportunity Employer Ralliant Corporation and all Ralliant Companies are proud to be equal opportunity employers.
