Summary of the role

In the role of Customer Service Employee you will be in contact with customers, inform customers about status of orders, and enter quotes and orders in SAP.

Role and Responsibilities

Enter quotes and orders in SAP.First contact to customers.Inform customers about status of orders.Handle warranty, return and credit requestsHandle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)Take care of Nordson internal and all other incoming requestsProactive order follow up

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics).General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.Fluent German or Italian language skills are required (writing and verbal)English language on a good levelAny additional European language, e.g. Dutch or French, would be a plus.Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge is desiredBeing customer focusedHave excellent communication skillsBeing accurateBeing a team playerEmbraces change and is open to learn new thingsMaintains a high degree of professionalism when dealing with customers and associatesHas a hands on and “let’s get it done” attitude
