Customer Service/Dispatch
Dispatch & Customer Support This position supports a fast‑paced service operation by acting as a primary point of contact for customers and coordinating service technicians. This role is heavily customer‑service focused, with responsibilities centered on scheduling, communication, and service support, along with light billing and invoicing assistance. (This position can start right away or after a notice if candidate needs to give one.) Key Responsibilities + Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and in person, providing friendly, professional service + Schedule and coordinate service technicians based on customer needs and technician availability + Create and manage service tickets, accurately documenting customer issues and requests + Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, timelines, technicians, and costs + Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and help determine next steps for service + Maintain accurate customer records and update service information in internal systems + Contact customers when additional work is needed and explain changes before proceeding + Support billing and invoicing processes with attention to detail + Work closely with technicians and internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery + Assist with general administrative tasks and provide backup support as needed Qualifications + Previous administrative or customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment + Strong communication skills and comfort handling high volumes of customer interactions + Ability to manage schedules, prioritize requests, and multitask effectively + Basic experience with invoicing, billing, or data entry preferred + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) + Experience in a service‑based or dispatch environment is a plus Work Environment This role supports a busy service and dispatch team, handling a high volume of customer interactions and technician scheduling. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
