Pay: $20-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Repair Management: Manage the end-to-end repair process for our Bartlesville, OK, location, and potentially the Warminster, PA, location. This includes everything from the initial customer request to the final delivery.
- Order Processing: Accurately request and enter all necessary information to execute repairs, following established written processes. Complete repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) and ensure invoices are correct and sent to the customer.
- Customer & Team Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving issues. Collaborate with repair technicians to manage repair priorities and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to ensure efficient processing and shipment.
- Problem-Solving: Lead problem-resolution activities, addressing capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround times.
- Performance & Improvement: Support activities that help the team meet essential KPIs, including delivery, revenue, safety, quality, and integrity. Run reports, analyze detailed datasets, and recommend process changes to improve KPI delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in and/or lead improvement activities aimed at meeting or exceeding service goals.
- Administrative Support: Perform various duties under general supervision, using sound judgment and applying established practices. Pursue initiatives to improve group effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction.
