Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating field service activities to ensure the smooth execution of requests. Efficiently manage customer service inquiries with precision and deliver service estimates or job quotations promptly. Keep customers informed by tracking ongoing work orders and providing updates through the portal or direct communication via phone or email. Utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms to manage customer data and service workflows effectively. Generate and maintain reports while balancing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage field service activities as the primary customer contact.Accurately intake, log, and manage customer service inquiries.Deliver timely service estimates or job quotations.Track ongoing work orders and keep customers informed through updates.Utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms for managing customer data and service workflows.Generate and maintain reports while handling multiple assignments.

Essential Skills

Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems, particularly Navision.At least 1 year of experience in administration, clerical tasks, or customer support.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience in order processing and scheduling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and CRM.Experience in project coordination and schedule planning.Ability to handle purchase orders and return merchandise authorizations (RMA).

Work Environment

The company operates in a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on growth and internal promotions. The workspace features pit-style or cubby seating arrangements, allowing employees to sit near others handling shared accounts. The team comprises approximately 15 members, with 5 team leads overseeing 1–3 direct reports each. Employees are required to be flexible with start times, as schedules can begin as early as 6 AM or as late as 8 AM to cover both East and West Coast operations. The position offers a hybrid work model with four days onsite and one day working from home on Fridays. Initial training is conducted 100% onsite for at least 2 weeks, potentially extending up to 4-6 weeks, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM. Although it is a contract role, there is potential for conversion to a direct position based on performance and business needs after six months.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
