Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati Ohio. In this role, you will manage customer interactions and service operations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building strong relationships with clients while overseeing service processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their service history, preferences, and expectations.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs, foster relationships, and ensure satisfaction with completed projects.
• Oversee the entire service call process, including intake, scheduling, dispatching crews, and ensuring timely completion.
• Monitor open service orders, track progress, and follow up to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to service needs, scheduling updates, and issue resolution.
• Keep detailed records of service calls, technician notes, materials used, and client updates.
• Review service reports and work orders for completeness and accuracy before submitting them for billing.
• Collaborate with office staff and accounting teams to ensure efficient and timely invoicing.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies by working closely with clients and internal teams.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand the company’s commercial service portfolio and assisting with proposals and agreements.
Requirements
Prior experience in commercial roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or related service industries strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of service workflows, scheduling, and dispatch processes.
Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑through skills.
Proficiency with scheduling platforms, CRM systems, or work order management software (preferred).
