Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating field service activities and ensuring smooth execution of requests. The role involves managing customer service inquiries with precision, delivering service estimates or job quotations promptly, and tracking ongoing work orders. Effective communication through updates in the portal or via direct communication, navigating Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms, and generating reports while balancing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage field service activities as the primary customer contact.Accurately intake, log, and manage customer service inquiries.Provide timely service estimates or job quotations.Track and update ongoing work orders, keeping customers informed.Utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms to manage customer data.Generate and maintain reports while handling multiple tasks.Essential Skills
Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems, particularly Navision.A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, clerical, or customer support roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with order processing and scheduling.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in service administration and customer service.Strong administrative and clerical skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and project coordination.Work Environment

The workspace is designed in a pit-style/cubby seating arrangement, allowing close collaboration among team members. The schedule requires flexibility, with start times ranging from 6 AM to 8 AM to accommodate both East and West Coast coverage. Employees work onsite four days a week, with the option to work from home on Fridays. Initial training is conducted 100% in-office, lasting between two to six weeks, depending on individual progress.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
