Key Responsibilities: + Act as the key point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly. + Coordinate schedules to ensure timely delivery of services and efficient resource allocation. + Manage and log customer inquiries into the CRM system while maintaining detailed records of interactions and outcomes. + Collaborate with team members across various departments to address complex customer needs and resolve issues effectively. + Provide administrative support, including reports preparation, data entry, and document organization. + Assist in continually improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction and team productivity. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in a similar customer service or coordination role preferred. + Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. + Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with customers and associates. + A positive, solution-focused mindset with a strong customer-oriented approach.
