What will you do?

Support the head of business excellence with administrative work as needed.Maintain the quality management tool “Quality Pro” up to date.Follow up on all open corrective and preventative actions with successful closure supporting process owners as needed.Run and Maintain quality and business excellence reports in Tableau.Schedule training session and audit session.Follow up on business excellence and quality assessments prior to due dates.Support internal and external ISO 9001:2015 Audit as needed.Maintain a copy of quality documents up to date.Prepare service quotations in COMPAS tool.Coordinate field service technicians dispatching to site.Coordinate scheduling CSA and/or equivalent regulatory service work and complete all required documents as needed.Run and maintain service reports in Tableau.

What will you need to succeed?

3 years relevant experience in Quality University degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request. Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community (extra curricular activities) Growth mindset, with a passion for learning Collaborative with an ability to cultivate relationships and networks. Agile, technically savvy, with a knack at creating solutions. Creative thinker with a unique ability for resourcefulness.
