Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
· Regularly visit customers to consult and get the repair service, service agreement as target setting
· Renew service agreement contracts within target setting
· Accuracy pipelines forecast
· Well planning sale visiting activities weekly, monthly. Provide the report of customer’s feedback, consulting, communication and negotiation results
· Initiative to propose service offerings come up detail action plan for assigned customers to recover the order and revenue shortage versus assigned target
· Strategy to build up the pipelines to meet the forecast of month, quarter, full year and next year in advance based on assigned customers
· Accumulate data to build the customer relationship management (CRM)
· To search new possibilities, opportunities from assigned customers for increasing service sales including comprehensive maintenance package, chiller’s maintenance and plant room, retrofit projects, service offerings, non-Trane parts and renovation projects relative to HVAC fields
· Commit and fully align to all target setting based on the need of service business within a year to sustain and meet the target of service business.
· Provide all solutions, action plan to improve which KPI could not meet the target, overcome challenge and drive the result properly. Continue improvement actions to sustain the service business as a norm to adapt any tough and challenge circumstances
· Coordinate with Service fulfillment team handle customers’ complaints on time with high professional manner in order to provide corrective actions and solutions
· Person in charge to handle all hot jobs from the assigned customers to ensure the smooth cooperation between company and customers
· Meet the customer satisfaction rate as target setting for service sale operation excellence
· Report and response all required matters to internal and external customers timely as response process when required
· Fully comply to company’s safety and compliance policies
· Commit and fully align to new target setting and works requested based on business direction and Direct Manager
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering
· At least 2 years’ direct sales experience. Knowledge in HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantage.
· Ability to read, analyse, and interpret engineering documents.
· Able to solve complex problems. Integrates and interprets data from diverse sources to find solutions
· Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Able to work independently and collaborate with multi-functional teams
· Organizational and time management skills
· Customer focus mindset
· Innovative mindset and willing to explore new front
· Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment
