Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 and at least 2 years’ experience in a call centre/customer support environment
Computer literate – MS Outlook/Excel/Word & Internet
Support to both internal and external customers
Advise and educate customers on the company procedures 
Handling monthly account and e-wallet queries via telephone, WhatsApp chatbot
Perform administrative duties
