✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nChecking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance \nRepresenting the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers journey positively memorable \nConsistently delivering the highest customer service \nReinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowances \nAssisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence \n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nHold a valid UK driving license (essential)\nCan work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays\nAre confident dealing with challenging situations\nWork well within a team and have excellent communication skills\nAre willing to attend a medical appointment\n\n

✅SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:

\n\nBe able to provide five years' address history\nBe able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)\nPass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test\n\n
