Customer Service Representative
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Order Management of Products (Order Entry, Quotations, Pricing Activities, Shipments, Delivery, Payments, Collections)
Calling to customers for payments, order status, buidling relationship for smooth business transactions
Knowledge of SAP (Sales and Distribution Module) is must
Sales Planning - Schedule Entries in SAP in reconciliation with India Sales Team
Maintaining Records: Recording customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions accurately for future reference
Resolving Customer Complaints: Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
Continuous Learning: Staying updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices
Processing Payments and Returns: Assisting customers with payment processing and handling product returns or exchanges1.
Assessing Customer Needs: Understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions to meet their needs1.
Building Customer Relationships: Establishing and maintaining trust and rapport with customers through effective communication1.
Providing Accurate Information: Offering accurate and complete information about products, services, and company policies1.
Process Improvement/Efficiency - Bring in Ideas/Kaizens to improve the routines for self/team/business
Very good understanding of Order to Cash Cycle of Manufacturing Company
Knowledge of Pricing, Taxation, Delivery Notes preferred

Education- Graduate (any stream)
Experience- >=10 years in Order to Cash Cycle or relevant experience
Hirerachy- Reporting into Customer Care Lead/Manager in the organization
