Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **We are seeking a Customer Service Capability Specialist!** **Position Overview** The CS Digital Order Health Specialist is responsible for performing end-to-end health checks of the processes and lifecycle of our transactions, from order entry to invoice delivery and returns management. This role would support SAP S4/HANA and MyMediset CS teams with troubleshooting and resolutions, ensuring the overall health and efficiency of our order management systems. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct thorough health checks on all processes related to order management, from initial entry to final invoice delivery and returns management. + Monitor the lifecycle of transactions to identify and resolve issues proactively. + Support troubleshooting and resolution activities in SAP S4/HANA and MyMediset systems. + Share details of unhealthy orders with key stakeholders in a timely manner. + Provide weekly summaries and reports on the health of the order management system. + Collaborate closely with CS frontline teams to ensure seamless order processing. + Work with ERP IT support and project teams to address and resolve system-related issues. + Report findings and updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. **Essential knowledge and skills:** + Experience with SAP S4/HANA and MyMediset systems. + Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. + Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with various teams. + Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights and reports. + Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in order management. + Team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Example of a normal day:** Below is a summary of what an average day could consist of: + **Morning Review** : Review the current and growing health check dashboards for any areas requiring attention and share any impacted order lists or manual re-work items to the relevant teams across DELIVER. + **Digital Check In:** Send a summary of the health status across the board to the Market Lead & Digital Team leadership, this is where any escalations can take place. + **Issue Resolution** : Proactively identify and troubleshoot any discrepancies or issues in the order lifecycle. Work closely with ERP IT support to resolve technical problems swiftly. + **Active Team Collaboration** : Engage in regular communication with CS teams to support their needs and ensure smooth order processing. Coordinate with ERP IT and project teams to address and mitigate any system-related challenges. + **Afternoon Review:** Conduct an afternoon/end of day review of the day’s activities, ensuring all issues have been addressed and documented.
