Customer Service & Billing Coordinator
Job Summary:
A highly organized and detail-oriented professional responsible for data entry of labor tickets, order processing, invoicing, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong multitasking skills, proficiency in handling email communication, and the ability to solve problems independently. Excellent mathematical aptitude and the ability to work accurately under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter labor tickets and job-related data with speed and accuracy
• Process customer orders and generate accurate invoices
• Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone and email
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain organized records of transactions and communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Use mathematical skills to verify calculations and billing accuracy
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Starting pay $18 per hour. 40 hours/week. Monday - Thursday 8:30-5:30 & Friday 8:30-12:30.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
