Job DescriptionThe Call Center Associate position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to the client, following program guidelines and call center standards.
General Job Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service over the phone to vehicle owners according to customer package.Assists customers located in the North America and Latin America Region.Provides support to clients in topics related to: Roadside Assistance such as flat tires, battery issues, out of fuel, cars overheating, coordinate tow trucks and pick up service, etc.Coordinates with service providers applicable solution to customer’s request.Offers multiple solutions to different customers’ requests such as Uber, Rental Car, Hotel, etc.Exhibits high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, Team Leads, Operations Managers, etc.Perform other functions related to the position.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with computers and various software systems.Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.Experience in customer service, dispatch, or a call center is often preferred.
