Job Description
Insight Global is currently hiring Customer Service Associates for an exciting event coming to Providence, Rhode Island, starting on October 17th! Our client is a dynamic entertainment agency that specializes in producing and operating immersive attractions and events across North America. They are bringing an immersive Sistine Chapel Replica to Warwick Mall that will run from October 17th to January 18th, and need enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their operations team for the launch and daily management of the exhibition.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
-Greet and assist visitors with ticketing and general inquiries
-Scan and sell tickets using POS systems
-Provide information about the exhibition and ensure a welcoming environment
Retail Operations:
-Operate the gift shop, manage sales, and restock merchandise
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail space
Operational Duties:
-Serve as a key holder: responsible for opening and closing procedures
-Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs
The hourly pay for this position is $18/hr.

Skills and Requirements
-Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
-Comfortable handling POS systems and basic inventory tasks
