Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with current and new customers to enhance our reputation as an innovative leader in the frozen dough and par-baked breads category. You will assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns across all sales segments: Retail, Foodservice, and National Accounts. You will address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers, document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and to improve overall service.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
