Customer Service Associate
Adecco Staffing is assisting a local client who is looking for a Customer Service Associate-supporting the Warehouse. This is a temp to hire position. **SUMMARY:** The customer service associate is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external vendors and customers by using excellent knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the operations department. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with warehouse managers across locations to track incoming and outgoing shipments + Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations + Maintain accurate records using internal systems + Help manage inventory and overall warehouse coordination + Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer orders, status updates and product knowledge requests. + Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures. + Works closely with the operations and accounting departments to resolve disputed items. + Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. + Partners with project management and sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations. **Required Skills:** . + Strong computer literacy + Excellent communication skills + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment **Education and Experience:** • At least 1 year of Customer service experience. • Experience with Microsoft office suite including Excel and Word. **Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Pay Range:** $20.00 – $24.50 per hour (based on experience) Interested?
