**Duration: 5 Months Contract with possible extension** **Responsibilities:** Answering inbound calls to assist customers with setting up appointments to change out their gas meters. Returning calls to customer from voicemail to schedule appointments to change out gas meters. If outbound caller is sick/vacation will be back up to making outbound calls to customers on survey if needed. Filing when needed Filing when needed
