Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or related environment. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. • Strong skills in handling client relations and resolving complaints effectively. • Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with the gambling industry or a willingness to learn its unique requirements. • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
