Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences within the gambling industry. Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring their concerns are addressed with professionalism and accuracy.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and maintain detailed records of client communications.
• Handle complaints effectively, striving to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service standards.
• Provide clear and concise information about products and services to customers.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in training new team members on best practices for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic approach when interacting with customers.
• Support call center operations by managing high volumes of calls during peak times.
• Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at improving overall customer experience. Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or related environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Strong skills in handling client relations and resolving complaints effectively.
• Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the gambling industry or a willingness to learn its unique requirements.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
