Customer Service Assistant

What You Get to Do

Manage electronic files related to sales transactions, ensuring documents are correctly filed and easily accessible for reference.

Accurate entry of purchase order details into applicable systems, ensuring all information is correctly recorded for fulfillment and billing purposes.

Completing accurate entry of transaction data, including customer details, product information, and transaction values, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records.

Setup of new items in the ERP systems, including defining item attributes, categorizing inventory, and ensuring all necessary details are entered for accurate tracking and management.

Assist in the maintenance of customer databases, updating records as necessary to reflect up-to-date customer information and transaction histories.

Conduct routine reviews of data entered to ensuring adherence to data entry standards and practices, ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.

Assist with special projects or initiatives related to data management, reporting, or system reviews/enhancements.

Collaborate with internal sales services teams, including but not limited to, customer service, customer operations, sales, and quality. Informing and consulting appropriate resources as necessary, ensuring seamless operations.

Gather and provide requested data between systems or platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and internal information.

 What We Need From You

HS/GED required 

· Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook Email, and calendar).

· Maintain strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

· Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

· Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

· Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision-making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

· Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
