Customer Service & Order Management SpecialistOverview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and OEM partners. This role manages inquiries, processes orders, and resolves issues from start to finish while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact via phone, email, chat, and in-personHandle customer inquiries related to products, parts, orders, pricing, warranties, and account supportProcess and manage orders from entry through completion, including tracking and updatesMonitor shipments and proactively communicate order status or delaysResolve customer issues by identifying root causes and delivering effective solutionsMaintain accurate records and documentation in HubSpot CRMRespond to all customer communications promptly and professionallySupport warranty claims, parts replacements, and related documentationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillmentEscalate complex issues as needed while maintaining ownership through resolutionQualificationsCustomer service experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environmentExperience in the automotive industry (auto parts, dealership, repair shop, or OEM) strongly preferredFamiliarity with automotive parts, service processes, or order workflows is a plusExperience with order processing and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chatExcellent attention to detail and data entry accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeWork EnvironmentOnsite, team-oriented office settingHigh-volume communication across multiple channelsStrong focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and collaborationJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
