Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Customer Service Agent (Payment Support) to join our team!
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling billing/payment inquiries via telephone calls, emails, web-tickets and chat interactions from Inspections Centre representatives.Prepare daily reports for leadership team on revenue received and discrepancies identifiedPrepare monthly billing operational reports for various billing projectsOutreach to Inspection Centre to follow up on inspection fee related discrepanciesWork with Billing Team Lead to resolve complex billing issuesMaintain service levels and adhere to departmental statisticsWork with minimal supervision within departmental defined procedures.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and SpanishGood understanding of Microsoft Office - ExcelMinimum 2 (two) years customer service experienceStrong numerical aptitude and excellent communication skillsPleasant telephone mannersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask without compromising the accuracy of your workWork independently and as part of a team, with changing time constraintsPost-secondary degree or diploma preferredMust be flexible to work a shift ranging between 8:00AM-7:00PM, Monday to Friday, occasional weekend shifts may be requiredMust be flexible to work Canadian holidaysThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
