Handle inbound leads (phone, Internet) and direct to appropriate contactContact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyaltyDevelop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referralsWork with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniquesAssist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous mannerEngage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer loungeLiaison between the service and sales departmentOversee customer contact reports and make calls for follow upDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliersQualifications:
