Emergency support (Callout):
Handle urgent calls and dispatch technicians with all necessary details.
Communicate clearly and empathetically with passengers stuck in elevators.
Provide guidance and reassurance in emergency situations.
Customer requests (Inbound):
Respond to customer calls and messages within SLA.
Resolve inquiries, log complaints, and update customer information.
Escalate complex cases to the right KONE teams.
Customer follow-up (Outbound):
Conduct post-service surveys and welcome calls
Contact customers periodically to support KONE campaigns
Maintain data accuracy while handling requests efficiently
What we’re looking forStrong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
Experience in customer service or call center roles
PC literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
Language skills:
Bulgarian – advanced (mandatory)
English – intermediate/advanced
Calm, solution-oriented, and professional under pressure
