Minimum requirements:
Grade 12/NQF Level 4 Proven experience in customer service (preferably within a call/contact Centre) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems Accounting package current Sage Pastel (advantage)
