As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers through their digital car purchase journey. You'll act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and champion of customer satisfaction—all while enjoying great pay, bonus potential, and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the main point of contact, guiding customers through their vehicle purchase with clarity, confidence, and care.

Answer questions, explain next steps, and provide timely updates via phone, text, and email.

Help customers understand financing options, set accurate expectations, and collect essential documents like driver's licenses and insurance.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and delivery.

Go above and beyond to ensure customers feel heard, respected, and valued.

Keep detailed notes, manage timelines, and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
