**_What you'll do:_**
+ Be the friendly voice and main point of contact for travelers via phone, email, and chat;
+ Manage inquiries, bookings, itinerary changes, and payments with care and accuracy;
+ Suggest travel destinations, dates, and options tailored to each client’s needs;
+ Coordinate with cruise lines and other partners to keep travelers informed;
+ Use booking software to organize and manage travel plans;
+ Quickly solve problems and update clients on any travel changes.
**_What we’re looking for:_**
+ Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher);
+ A positive, customer-focused mindset;
+ Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications;
+ Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory;
+ A team player who enjoys solving problems creatively;
+ Great attention to detail.
