Location: Central Bristol
Hours:
- 5 days per week, 7.5-hour shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 22:00
- Includes 1 weekend in 4 (on a rolling 4-week rota)
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Start Date: 6th August
Commitment required until 29th September

You will provide outstanding customer services during a busy peak period to a young clientele which will have all manner of enquiries. What You'll Be Doing:Responding to customers via live webchatAnswering a variety of incoming callsUpdating customer records and systems accuratelyCollaborating with different departments across the businessManaging multiple computer systems and screensHandling a wide range of queries - from invoices and accommodation to welfare and facility-related calls
What We're Looking For:Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality or retail roleExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalAn empathetic ear and active listening skillsAbility to multitask and navigate systems confidentlyCall centre experience is a bonus, but not essentialCommitment to the duration of the assignment as full, in-depth training is provided at the start of the assignment
