Service Advisor – Customer Engagement & Sales Location: Barrington, IL (Onsite) Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + weekly commissions & bonus potential Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Duration: Long‑term opportunity About the Role We’re seeking a Service Advisor to join a growing, people‑first organization dedicated to helping customers care for their lawns, trees, and outdoor spaces using natural‑based, environmentally responsible solutions. This is a frontline customer engagement and consultative sales role that blends customer service, problem‑solving, and sales. You’ll speak with customers who are actively seeking help—answering questions, identifying needs, and recommending the right services to help them achieve healthy, beautiful outdoor spaces. ✅ No industry experience required. Comprehensive, hands‑on training is provided until you’re confident and successful in the role.
