Foundever is hiring remote Customer Service Advisors for a short-term project. This is a fully remote role, supporting customers from the comfort of your own home using your own computer. The project runs 24/7, so we’re looking for people who can commit to shifts across a range of hours. Details
Pay: £14 per hour + an increase to £17.50 per hour between 22:00-06:00
Hours: We need you to be flexible working 24/7 on a shift rotation basis
Contract: Short Term 2 week contract with the potential to be extended
Location: Remote in the UK
What we need from you
Have strong communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English
Demonstrate active listening and the ability to show empathy when supporting customers
If you’re a UK citizen, hold a valid, in-date UK passport
If you’re a non-UK citizen, hold a valid full-time work visa and be able to provide a share code
Be fully flexible to work on a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends
Use your own Windows computer that meets the technical requirements listed below

Headset: A wired USB headset with a microphone
Smart Phone: An iOS or Android Smart Phone with the ability to download an app
