Job Description

We are looking for experienced Customer Services Associates to join.
Your responsibilities:

Handling all customer interaction in a prompt, friendly, personalised and professional mannerAs a blended agent, interact with the customer across all channelsProviding a high-touch experience for customers each and every timeActing as a trusted advisor in answering questions, solving problems and recommending experiences that meet customers’ needsPromoting memberships to non-membersAdvising customers on the best services availableProviding a value-add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputationCapture, maintain and ensure quality of customer dataIdentify and highlight any service-related issues, incidents or trendsHighlighting and escalating issues as necessaryDelivering and maintaining both individual and team targets

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Experience of working in a customer contact centre environment, ideally with travel/hospitality industry exposure, providing excellence in service to the customerA passion for delivering first class customer serviceHighly developed soft skills and a strong will to serveExcellent written communication skills in both English and German to C2 level proficiencyGood social and interpersonal skillsFlexible enough to work as a blended agent across channels, email and chat transactionsAbility to spot sales opportunities, ask for the sale and or recommend additional products to customersExcellent problem solving skillsQuality focused with attention to detailA genuine interest in the campaign brandEmpathetic, a warm, helpful and positive approachThe ability to relate to an older demographic of customerProactive, confident, self-motivated and driven to succeedA team playerIT Savvy with good MS Office and keyboard skills; familiarity with technology and mobile applicationsDemonstrable knowledge of European geography and popular destinations in North AmericaThe commitment to work towards individual and team goals
