Customer Service Administrator
Aston Carter is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, processing payments, maintaining accounts, and supporting vendors. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in financial services and customer support. Key Responsibilities + Provide customer service via telephone, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. + Proactively contact customers to enroll them in direct debit and email invoicing programs. + Build and maintain relationships with vendors and lessees. + Maintain ACH account information and process maintenance journal requests. + Handle incoming customer calls, process address changes, and update account information. + Process requests for lease documentation, fee waivers, insurance cancellations, and payments by phone. + Perform account audits and reconciliations. + Adjust grace periods, due dates, and purchase order numbers as needed. + Complete credit reference requests, lease assignment requests, and tax requests. + Support outside vendor requests and maintain accurate records. Qualifications + High School Diploma required; some college preferred. + 0–2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred). + Experience in financial services or leasing industry is a plus. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Basic math skills and analytical thinking. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic PC skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
