Our client, a leading robotics and automation company is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a 6+ month hybrid contract (potential for temp-to-hire). This role offers $30/hr and requires working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with three days onsite and two remote. Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.Process warranty and spare parts orders, returns, and exchanges.Coordinate warranty claims and maintain accurate warranty records.Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure spare parts availability and timely delivery.Oversee distribution logistics and provide tracking and shipment support.Maintain and update customer databases and prepare reports.Support cross-functional communication to ensure seamless customer service delivery.Help develop and implement service policies and participate in training sessions.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, or related field).Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles; experience with warranties or supply chain a plus.Strong communication and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; knowledge of inventory tools is a plus.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
