Description
The Service and Parts Coordinator provides administrative and customer support to the Service and Parts Department. This role serves as the primary point of contact for service- and parts-related inquiries, supports scheduling, inventory, and documentation needs, and provides cross-departmental administrative coverage to ensure smooth daily operations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Customer & Service Support
+ Receive, manage, and route service and parts inquiries from customers, internal teams, and web submissions.
+ Communicate directly with customers to coordinate new camper installations and service appointments.
+ Schedule maintenance and service for company fleet and demonstration vehicles.
Administrative & Systems Support
+ Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
+ Build and maintain a centralized database of product specifications, materials, and FAQs to improve response accuracy and efficiency.
+ Provide backup support for sales order processing and reception desk coverage during breaks, absences, vacations, and opening/closing hours.
Dealer & Logistics Support
+ Prepare, review, and verify dealer documentation prior to shipment, including bills of lading, preload documents, customs paperwork, invoices, and state-of-origin forms.
Parts & Inventory Support
+ Assist with physical inventory counts for parts and company-branded merchandise.
+ Support parts-related logistics and administrative tasks as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Woodland, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
