Customer Service Admin Student
The Customer Service Admin. Student will be collaborating with stakeholders and supporting daily activities typically involving strategic, operational and/or administrative tasks etc. **Your role :** + Generating service invoices, sending them to customers, and documentation. + Opening service calls. + Producing customer service reports. + Follow-up and arrangement of treatment days for the systems. + Ordering spare parts and tracking + Arrangement of availability of the service engineers + Handling changes instructions with customers **You're the right fit if:** * Student in the fields of Social Sciences \Business management \ economics * Fluent in verbal and written English ·At least 3 semesters till graduation * Ability to work at least 2 days a week. * Experience with systems - Salesforce, Service Max, SAP - advantage \*This position isn't open for relocation. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
