Monday-Friday | 08:00-18:00 (Winter) / 08:00-17:00 (Summer)

our client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our busy, friendly team. This is more than just a call handling job - it's a crucial role that helps shape the customer experience from start to finish.

Your duties:
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emailsBooking and scheduling jobs for our engineering teamManaging diaries and ensuring timely job completionsFollowing up with customers and resolving queries quicklyRaising POs and invoices, ordering parts, and managing stock needsRunning reports and ensuring compliance standards are metTaking ownership of issues, escalating where necessary, and ensuring fast, effective resolutionsEnsuring a high-quality customer journey from start to finishWhat You'll Need:
Solid experience in customer service or call operationsExperience with scheduling, planning, or repairs adminStrong working knowledge of Outlook, Excel & email managementExcellent communication and people skillsAbility to work independently and use your initiativeA proactive mindset and attention to detailWhat You'll Get in Return:
