You will assist customer service representatives to help facilitate a sound customer service experienceDaily you will assist with paperwork filing, mailings, pulling paperwork to assist with auditsFurther, you will use ERP Systems (Oracle) or other business software systems to assist Customer Service Reps, as well as be responsible to upload electronic record keeping accordinglyYou will finalize all paperwork after order is complete to ensure compliance requirements are met by following export or dangerous goods shipping procedures which could include AES filings, following up with freight forwarders, as well as tracking shipments to confirm proof of deliveryYou will identify quality issues or other customer problems and inform responsible departmentGenerate reports and use spreadsheets to support the customer service team when necessaryProvide information to management and sales teamSupport Product Flow Manager with Kanban system administration
