Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Professional works closely with the Sales team and is responsible for the end-to-end order management process, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational accuracy. This role plays a key part in delivering on Hach’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

This position is located in our offices at Lainate, and will be hybrid (3 days working at the office).

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Managing the full order lifecycle, from order entry through invoicing, using company-specific systems

Monitoring shipments and resolving logistics-related issues

Handling returns and issuing credit notes

Communicating daily with Headquarters in Germany

Collaborating with internal departments to ensure effective customer management

Participating in training programs to support professional and personal development

The essential requirements of the job include:

Previous experience in a similar order management / customer operations role

Fluent English, both written and spoken

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Ability to analyze operational issues and identify root causes

Experience working with ERP or order management systems
