Customer Service Representative | Louisville, KY | $20–$22/hr
Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and ready to grow in a dynamic environment? We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established, locally-owned business serving high-profile clients. This is a hands-on role supporting customer relationships, order management, and cross-department collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
+ Customer & Order Management: Handle inquiries, orders, confirmations, and updates.
+ Coordination & Support: Partner with teams to fulfill orders and resolve issues.
+ Process & Compliance: Maintain records, improve processes, and uphold company standards.
+ Cross-Training: Support other departments as needed to grow your skillset.

+ Process-driven and proactive
+ Eager to learn, cross-train, and take on new challenges
+ Growth-minded, ready for promotional opportunities in B2B support, business development, or operations
Team Environment:
Work alongside a small, collaborative Customer Service team with opportunities to learn from experienced managers and cross-train across areas.
Schedule & Location:
+ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (some flexibility with start/end times)
+ 100% onsite in Louisville, KY
+ Business casual attire
Compensation & Benefits:
+ $20–$23/hour

Requirements • Proficiency in inventory tracking and management systems.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on clear communication.
• Experience with file management systems for accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and procedures.
