We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established, locally-owned business serving high-profile clients. This is a hands-on role supporting customer relationships, order management, and cross-department collaboration. What You’ll Do: + Customer & Order Management: Handle inquiries, orders, confirmations, and updates. + Coordination & Support: Partner with teams to fulfill orders and resolve issues. + Process & Compliance: Maintain records, improve processes, and uphold company standards. + Cross-Training: Support other departments as needed to grow your skillset. Who You Are: + Detail-oriented with strong accuracy + Process-driven and proactive + Eager to learn, cross-train, and take on new challenges + Growth-minded, ready for promotional opportunities in B2B support, business development, or operations Team Environment: Work alongside a small, collaborative Customer Service team with opportunities to learn from experienced managers and cross-train across areas.
