**Customer Service Representative (CSR)**
Location: Beaverton, OR
**About the Role**
Tektronix is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused **Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)** to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll handle inquiries via phone, LiveChat, and email while ensuring an exceptional service experience. Your ability to listen, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and company success.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Serve as the main contact for internal and external customers.
+ Respond to inquiries regarding calibration and repair services.
+ Actively listen to customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
+ Collaborate with Sales and Service Operations to support revenue growth.
+ Prepare service quotes/RMAs and recommend additional Tektronix products and services.
+ Ensure customer equipment is tracked and managed through service operations.
+ Troubleshoot issues and resolve inquiries quickly and professionally.
+ Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
+ Familiarity with calibration or repair services is a plus.
+ Proficiency with CRM tools and related software.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $31.00 per hour
