What You Will Do:

Develop and implement China GMD demand and order management processReview EDI inbound data and fix failure to consistent with customer requirementReview MRC to ensure all collaboration are up to dateCheck the root cause of demand injection, fulfill customer demand through cooperation with function teams.Review shortage on global receiving facility and chase with material planning and purchasing for recovery.Ensure the priority sea/air arrangement through coordination with dispatch team, review demand vs stock on hand to chase dispatch team to ensure items are packed for container, supporting CSD growthEnsure effective communication of all order to delivery issues.Ensure adherence to meet compliance criteria for order entry processes.Adhere to all documented orders management processesEnsure collaborations with global receiving facility are up to date, chase internal functions on anything outstanding to ensure a timely turnaround on requests.Respond to customer request within 24 hours to ensure efficient communication

What Skills You Will Have:

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer service focusGood speaking and written EnglishUnderstanding of company policies and procedures, especially those with supplier impactKnowledge and understand of 6 Sigma project management principles

Required Qualifications:

Solid supply chain experience such as material planning, demand and orders, logistics planning.Strong ability of SAP knowledge included MM, SD model, Office tools.College or university degree is required.

Desired Qualifications:

Good utilization of digital tools for data analysis, such as Power BI/ Power Query, Apps.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
