Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Your Tasks + Lead of Customer Quality Customer to handle customer claims and perform Problem Solving Resolution Management Review according to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standard + Drive compliance with quality management systems standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) and customer specific requirements + Lead problem solving resolution techniques and tools as 8D's, A3's, Is - Is not, 5W's - 2H's, Ishikawas, 5 Why's - 3 Legged, etc...is a must. + Lead compliance with customer quality certifications (e.g.: GM BIQS, Ford MSA, VW Formel Q, BWM Requalification of product and processes, etc.) + Black Belt certification is highly desirable (extra bonus). + Lead External and Internal quality management system and process audit management (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, LPA, etc.) and customer specific requirements. + Responsible of On time response to all customer claims by following Fast Response methodology (containment <24hr, root cause definition <5 days, action plan < 20 days, total 8D close within 30 days.) + Create for each claim lessons learned and ensure read across along processes + Responsible to update PFMEA and CP to close each 8D + Responsible to conduct close off audits for each claim.
