Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering a high level of service. Key Responsibilities: + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat + Provide product or service information to customers, including pricing, features, and benefits + Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex matters to higher-level support + Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment + Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions + Manage customer complaints and work toward satisfactory solutions + Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after the resolution of their issues + Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery + Ensure customer data is accurately recorded and updated in the system Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred + 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment + Experience with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus + Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred + Strong organizational and time-management skills + Positive attitude and commitment to delivering great service TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
